General Information Collection - We obtain information in a number about you in a number of ways. Including, but not limited to, email correspondence, direct mail, wish lists, phone conversations and personal accounts. This information is used to facilitate transactions, keep you informed (of specials or new product and feature announcements) and let us know that we are on the right track in our product selection. This generally includes name and email address only.
Cookies - Many sites use "cookies" to enhance the browsing experience. Cookies are basically bits of personal info that is stored on your computer that tells our site software about your recent visits with our site. Many people choose to disable cookies on their browser in an effort to remain anonymous and safeguard their info from businesses who would sell that information. Alpha Music does not, nor will it ever sell or exchange your information. While cookies are necessary for certain features like the "Wish List" and will speed up a transaction process, they are not necessary to browse the site.
Children - We at Alpha Music recognize that children are the future of music and will take every precaution to ensure that our site is free of inappropriate merchandise and language, having said that we do present some products that hopefully will be of interest to children. Shipping Options - Our preferred shipping method is UPS, but if you prefer, we'll gladly ship via FedEx or US Postal as well.
Damaged Shipments - Though we package all items carefully, occasionally some damage in transit occurs. We insure all shipments. In the event of obvious damage, upon receipt refuse the shipment. If damage is concealed, contact the local office of the shipping agent and request an inspection. Alpha Music cannot file claims on any packages that have not been inspected. The package will be returned to us and we will ship another piece of merchandise to you.

Drop-Shipped and Back-Ordered Products- We make every attempt to ship an item within the quoted shipping times, however sometimes shipment delays are beyond our control. As long as your purchase is not a special order, you may cancel at any time prior to the shipment of your product. Once your purchase ships any cancellations are subject to applicable shipping charges and a 20% re-stock fee. If your item was a special order, they are completely non-refundable.

With the exception of some used gear, Alpha Music is an authorized dealer for everything that we sell. Additionally, we are an authorized repair center for most brands as well. So this means should your gear ever require service we can provide it in house or assist you in locating a service center in your area. |
| Returns |
Approval Period - If you are not satisfied, neither are we! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in the same condition in which it was received, with "all original packaging" includes power supplies, cables, owners manuals, packaging materials, etc. for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Return arrangements must be made within 48 hours. Please be sure to pack the unit in the manner in which it was sent to you and insure the box for the purchase price. Books, videos, microphones and harmonicas (due to health regulations) are exempt from the return policy.
Defective Merchandise - Rarely does a piece of defective merchandise leave Alpha en route to a customer, but occasionally it may get damaged along the way. Should your package arrive and the contents be found to be defective, Please contact us immediately for return/replacement arrangements. Please refer also to our "Damaged Shipments" section below. |
