A typical visit to a competent guitar shop would cost $70 or more. Purchase your instrument at Alpha Music and that instrument receives this service free of charge. Over time this service is a priceless value you can take advantage of any time you choose. Think of it as an insurance policy that your instrument will always feel the way it did the day you took it home. Alpha Music can guarantee your instrument will be tuned up quickly and accurately. Our service capabilities don’t end there, there are also two full time electronic technicians, so there is always someone here to help keep your gear running smoothly. Remember, we service what we sell! Whatever your needs, Alpha can take care of you. From sales to service, the expert Alpha staff will assure your satisfaction "from our house to yours."

Two full time electronic technicians - what does that mean to you? It means if you have a problem and a performance that night, if you bought your equipment from Alpha Music we can take care of what is most valuable to us - our customer. It means many service perks such as our "free tube amp bias service." Customers who purchase a tube amplifier from Alpha Music, receive free biasing of that amp when they purchase new power tubes from Alpha. Additionally, Alpha music is a warranty service center for practically everything we carry. That means iif you have a problem, we can address it in house.
